Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Special conditions (groups*)

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
• Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25,00 EUR

(*) groups = Every booking of 2 or more rooms

Terms and Conditions for Hotel Reservations and Stays

- These terms and conditions exclusively govern the process of making reservations and
staying at our hotel, along with the payment conditions for our services.

General Booking and Stay Conditions

1. 
   1. The conditions of your stay, safety regulations, and services offered are provided in our
   brochures available at our reception. Information and prices on our website "
   www.laboursehotel.com" are based on current rates, with validity dates mentioned in the
   tariff.
   2. Hotel room usage aligns with the reserved number of nights. Occupancy begins at 2:00 PM
   on the first day and ends at 11:00 AM on the departure day.
   3. Client reservations must be confirmed via letter or email. Hotel-confirmed individual
   reservations without specific guarantees and arrival times are held until 7:00 PM on the
   arrival day.
   4. Options given by the hotel, if not confirmed in writing by the client within 8 days, expire
   automatically on the 8th day at noon.
   5. Participant lists must reach the hotel at least fifteen days before the arrival date.
   6. Unless otherwise agreed, the hotel retains the right to allocate rooms or meeting spaces of
   its choice for clients or participants.
   7. If an individual reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival time, the cost of that
   night will be charged as a fixed compensation. Group or seminar reservations are subject to
   varying cancellation charges.
   8. Early client departures before the scheduled end of stay require payment for reserved days
   and services. Leaving without full payment allows the hotel to involve authorities.
   9. Stays beyond room capacity are generally not allowed, and the hotel may charge
   accordingly and terminate the stay.
   10. Guests with babies aged 0 to 2 can request a child's bed, subject to availability, at no extra
   cost. Maximum one child bed per room, confirmed by the hotel.

Prepayment and Guarantee

- The hotel may request prepayment with a credit card for requested services, covering the
total reservation amount, taxes, and possible extras. This also covers damages caused by
negligence. Credit card details might be requested for unpaid amounts.

Billing and Payment

1. Room rate billing is based on the number of nights.
2. Minimum billing is equivalent to one night's amount until 12:00 PM on the day after checkin.
3. Accepted payments include cash, debit cards (Maestro), and credit cards (MasterCard,
Visa,). No personal checks or vouchers.
4. Cash payments in Euros can't exceed 3,000€.
5. Hotel may refuse large-denomination bills for lower amounts.
6. Users pay upon receipt of the bill or as agreed.
7. Consumed items within the room are charged based on listed prices. Missing items are
treated as consumed.
8. Initial payment might be non-refundable for certain services.
9. Notify payment provider for fraud suspicions.
10. Hotel may require weekly payments for over eight-day stays.
11. Failure to pay within 24 hours allows contract termination.
12. post-mailed invoices are due in 15 days.
13. Voucher balance paid on invoice receipt.
14. Late payments incur a penalty and interest.
15. Belgian law applies; Brussels courts have jurisdiction.
